Jeremy Clancy Productions: Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2025
Welcome to Jeremy Clancy Productions. By using this website or commissioning work from us, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept it simple, fair, and in plain English – no fluff, no fine print.
1. Copyright & Usage
All content on this site – including films, text, music, images, and designs – is protected by copyright and belongs to Jeremy Clancy Productions unless otherwise stated.
You may not reuse, reproduce, modify, or distribute our work without explicit written permission. That includes grabbing bits from our films or reposting content as your own. Ask first – we’re usually reasonable.
If you have questions about copyright or want to request permission, contact: [email protected]
2. Content Integrity & Distribution
We make content built to move people – but how and where it’s shared affects impact.
We’re not responsible for results. The way content is shared affects its impact – and outcomes can vary. We recommend discussing a distribution plan with us, but final performance depends on many factors beyond our control.
3. Limitation of Liability
Our blogs, videos, and strategy tips aim to inform and inspire – but they’re not legal, financial, or professional advice. You use them at your own risk.
We are not liable for any losses, misunderstandings, or consequences that arise from acting on ideas shared through this website, our blog, or our films.
4. Client Work – Cancellations, Changes & Scope
We work hard to deliver powerful work, and we value clear boundaries.
Deposits are non-refundable. They secure your slot in our schedule.
If you cancel a project after work has begun, you’ll still be liable for the time and resources already committed.
If the brief changes mid-project, we may adjust timelines, pricing, or scope accordingly. We’ll always talk it through first.
If you purchase a specific service tier, what’s included will be clearly defined in writing before we begin.
5. Right to Refuse Work
We reserve the right to refuse projects that are abusive, misleading, discriminatory, unethical, or go against our values.
We won’t create content that harms others or spreads disinformation. Simple as that.
6. Third-Party Elements
If we use licensed third-party assets (like music, graphics, or footage), we’ll always ensure we have the right to use them – but you are responsible for checking what you can or can’t do with the final film, especially if you plan to modify or reuse it later.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be clearly outlined in each proposal. In general:
Deposits are due upfront to confirm bookings.
Final payments are due within 14 days of delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may incur fees or delays.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how we work. The latest version will always be available at jeremyclancy.com/terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law.
If you have any questions, email [email protected]. We’re human. We’ll talk it through.
