This video unveils the harsh reality of living and working in one of the world’s wealthiest countries, where individuals toil harder for diminishing returns. Despite Ireland’s economic prosperity, workers struggle to make ends meet, facing a myriad of issues from inadequate wages to a housing crisis.

The narrative delves into the imbalance of power, with big business dictating the rules while silencing dissenting voices. It calls for change, advocating for a new Charter of workers’ rights that prioritize respect, fair pay, and the right to organize. The video captures the spirit of a burgeoning movement, rallying for a shift towards equitable workplaces where every worker is empowered and represented.
